Peptides & longevity · FAQ
How is my information handled during peptides & longevity care?
Short answer
Your peptides & longevity visit involves sharing health and contact information for medical review and, if prescribed, pharmacy fulfillment. Read Verra's current privacy notice for details about use, sharing, and your rights. Ask Verra about any specific privacy concern before submitting information; do not assume that telehealth care is anonymous.
A telehealth request requires personal information so the care team can review your health history and identify the correct patient. Prescription fulfillment also requires information for the dispensing pharmacy and delivery process. The service is not anonymous, and some sharing is needed to provide care and process an order.
Read Verra's current privacy notice to learn how information may be used or shared and how to make a privacy request. Ask Verra directly about account access, record requests, message settings, or other concerns that matter to you. Avoid relying on a general promise that no information is ever shared or that any system has zero privacy risk.
Use a private device when possible, choose a strong password, and sign out of shared devices. For a video visit, choose a space where others cannot overhear. Check who can see your email, phone notifications, or delivery messages. If packaging details are important to you, ask Verra what to expect rather than assuming how the shipment will be labeled.
