Peptides & longevity · FAQ
How do refills work for peptides & longevity prescriptions?
Short answer
Peptides & longevity refills depend on your prescription, treatment plan, and physician review. A payment plan does not guarantee ongoing approval. Check your order details for refill timing and any required follow-up. Request help before you run out, since medical review and pharmacy preparation can take time.
Refill timing depends on the prescription and the plan you selected. Review your order details to see whether another shipment is scheduled or whether you need to request a refill. Do not assume that choosing monthly billing means a new prescription will be approved automatically or that each billing date is a shipping date.
A licensed physician in your state decides whether continued prescription treatment is appropriate. Follow-up information or another visit may be needed. Respond to any requests for updated health information, and tell the care team if your medications, medical history, or address have changed. A refill request can require time for both physician review and pharmacy preparation.
Check your supply early rather than waiting until the last dose. Contact Verra if your refill instructions or next shipment date are unclear. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Medication is charged only after physician approval. Ask about any follow-up visit fee before completing a new visit.
