Skin · FAQ
How do refills work for my prescription skin cream or serum?
Short answer
Refills depend on your prescription, the physician's directions, and your chosen skin treatment plan. Do not assume that monthly billing guarantees an automatic refill or continued approval. Check your order terms and ask Verra support about the refill process. A physician may need to review your care before another prescription.
Your prescription and order terms determine how refills are handled. Check whether refills are authorized, when another order can be placed, and whether a follow-up visit is needed. A payment plan and a refill authorization are separate matters. Do not assume that choosing a longer plan removes the need for medical review.
A licensed physician in your state decides whether continued treatment is appropriate. Keep your health information current and report new medicines, allergies, pregnancy status, or concerns about the prescription. If a review is required, allow time for it before you expect to run out. Do not stretch the supply by changing your prescribed use without asking the physician.
The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Medication is charged only after physician approval. For questions about refill timing, remaining authorizations, upcoming charges, or shipping, contact Verra support or the dispensing pharmacy as appropriate. Check the beyond-use date on each container rather than assuming an older supply is still suitable for use.
