How do refills work for my hair prescription?
Short answer
Hair refills depend on your prescription, the number of authorized refills, and any review your physician requires. Check your prescription label and plan details rather than assuming refills are automatic. If no refills remain, ask Verra how to request a renewal before your current supply runs out.
Your prescription determines which medication can be dispensed and how many refills are authorized. A payment plan does not provide unlimited refills or replace a valid prescription. Check both your pharmacy label and the terms of your hair treatment plan.
If your prescription has no refills left or has expired, a physician may need to review a renewal request. A licensed physician in your state decides whether another prescription is appropriate. A renewal is not guaranteed simply because you received the medication before.
Ask about the refill process before your supply runs low. Review whether your selected plan schedules future orders and what action you need to take. Do not assume every product has the same shipment or renewal schedule.
Contact Verra support for help with order timing or billing questions. Direct questions about prescription instructions to your physician or dispensing pharmacist. If your address or payment details change, ask how to update them before the next order is processed. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page.
