How do I cancel my Verra weight loss orders or plan?
Short answer
Contact Verra support to confirm how to cancel your weight loss orders or payment plan and when cancellation takes effect. Ask whether an order is already being processed and whether future charges remain. Canceling membership may be a separate step. The visit fee is non-refundable, and medication refund terms should be checked before ordering.
Before canceling, identify what you want to end: future medication orders, a medication payment plan, membership, or all three. These may be separate account items. Contact Verra support and ask which steps apply to your account. Request confirmation of the effective date and whether any further action is needed.
If an order is already approved or being processed by the pharmacy, ask whether it can still be canceled. Do not assume that a shipped prescription can be returned or refunded. Review the terms for monthly, 3-month, or 6-month plans before making a change. Billed monthly does not necessarily mean a longer plan has no remaining obligations.
The visit fee is non-refundable, though it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Canceling account services is separate from getting medical advice about ending treatment. If you also want to stop your medicine, contact the prescribing care team for instructions. Keep the cancellation confirmation and review later account statements for accuracy.
