Women’s health · FAQ
How do I cancel a women’s health order or medication plan?
Short answer
Contact Verra support to ask about canceling your women’s health order or plan. Whether an order can be canceled depends on its status and the applicable terms. Do not assume a cancellation request stops an order already being prepared or shipped. The visit fee is non-refundable, even without a prescription.
First, identify what you want to cancel: a medication order, an ongoing medication plan, or a membership. These are separate items, so ask support to confirm which services and future charges your request will affect. Do not assume that canceling one automatically cancels the others.
Contact Verra support as soon as you decide to cancel. The options may depend on whether the pharmacy has started preparing your order or whether it has shipped. Review the terms that apply to your order rather than assuming a refund or return is available.
The visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. A decision not to continue treatment does not make the completed visit refundable.
For a 3-month or 6-month plan billed monthly, check the commitment and cancellation terms before making changes. Ask for confirmation of the cancellation and any remaining obligations. Canceling billing or shipping is separate from asking your physician how to stop medication safely.
