How do I cancel a peptides & longevity plan or future order?
Short answer
To cancel peptides & longevity billing or future orders, review your plan terms and contact Verra for the steps that apply to your account. Ask whether an order is already being prepared or shipped. Do not assume that stopping medication cancels billing, or that canceling a plan also cancels membership.
Review the cancellation terms for your selected plan, then contact Verra with the name of the plan or order you want to cancel. Ask for confirmation of what has been canceled and when the change takes effect. Keep that confirmation for your records, especially if another billing or shipment date is near.
A monthly plan and a 3-month or 6-month plan may have different terms. The 3-month and 6-month plans are billed monthly, but that billing schedule does not by itself mean there is no longer-term commitment. Ask how the terms apply to remaining payments and to orders already approved, prepared, or shipped. Do not assume an in-progress medication order can be reversed.
The visit fee is non-refundable. Canceling a medication plan may be separate from canceling membership. Be clear about whether you want to cancel one product, all future medication orders, or membership as well. For medical advice about stopping a prescription, contact your prescribing physician separately from the billing request.
