How do I cancel a dental treatment plan or upcoming order?
Short answer
Contact Verra to confirm how to cancel your dental plan or a pending order. What can be canceled may depend on the plan terms and whether pharmacy processing has started. The visit fee is non-refundable. Ask whether canceling the treatment plan also affects any separate membership or future charges.
If you want to cancel, contact Verra with the dental treatment name and the order or plan you want to stop. Ask which cancellation steps apply and when the change will take effect. Do not assume that sending a message automatically stops an order already being prepared or shipped.
Review the terms for your monthly, 3-month, or 6-month plan. Billing monthly does not necessarily mean every plan has the same cancellation rules. Ask whether any remaining charges apply and whether a pending pharmacy order can still be canceled. Medication return or refund options should be confirmed for your specific order rather than assumed.
The visit fee is non-refundable. Canceling a dental treatment plan may be separate from canceling Verra+, so confirm both if needed. Request confirmation of which future orders and charges have been stopped. If you also plan to stop using the medication, ask your dentist for treatment guidance. An account cancellation handles billing and orders; it does not replace advice about your dental care.
