How can I cancel my Verra sexual health medication plan?
Short answer
Contact Verra to request cancellation of your sexual health medication plan and confirm when it takes effect. Check your plan terms for any commitment and order cutoff. Do not assume canceling a medication plan also cancels membership. Visit fees are non-refundable, and already processed orders may have different cancellation rules.
To cancel a sexual health medication plan, contact Verra and identify the plan or upcoming order you want to stop. Ask for confirmation of the cancellation date and whether any scheduled charge or shipment remains. Keep that confirmation for your records.
Review the terms you accepted when choosing your plan. Monthly, 3-month, and 6-month plans may involve different commitments. Because longer plans are billed monthly, a monthly charge does not necessarily mean there is no remaining commitment. Ask Verra to explain the terms that apply to your order.
An order that has already entered pharmacy preparation or shipping may have different cancellation limits. Contact Verra as early as possible rather than assuming a processed prescription can be canceled or returned. The visit fee is non-refundable, even if you decide not to order medication.
Medication plans and Verra+ membership are separate items. Say clearly whether you want to cancel one or both. If you also plan to stop using a prescribed daily medicine, ask the prescribing physician for guidance on that separate medical decision.
