How can I cancel my custom skin treatment plan?

Short answer

Contact Verra support for the current cancellation process for your skin treatment plan. Ask about upcoming orders, billing dates, and any longer-plan terms before assuming future charges have stopped. The visit fee is non-refundable. Canceling a plan is separate from getting medical advice about stopping a prescription cream or serum.

Review the cancellation terms attached to your order and contact Verra support for instructions. Identify the skin medication plan you want to cancel and ask when the cancellation will take effect. Request confirmation of what will happen to future medication orders and charges. Do not assume that sending a message automatically stops an order already in progress.

If you chose a 3-month or 6-month plan, ask how its commitment terms apply. Also ask whether an order that has been approved, prepared, or shipped can still be changed. Do not assume a medication order is refundable. The visit fee is non-refundable, though it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days.

A medication plan and Verra+ membership may have separate terms. Be clear about which service you want to end. If you are also stopping the prescription, ask your physician for medical guidance. Billing cancellation alone does not provide a stopping plan or address side effects that need care.
