How can I cancel future hair treatment orders?
Short answer
Contact Verra support to ask how to cancel future hair orders and confirm the terms for your selected plan. Do not assume cancellation can stop an order already being prepared or shipped. Canceling orders, canceling membership, and getting medical advice about stopping a prescription are separate steps.
To cancel future hair treatment orders, contact Verra support and identify the plan or product you want to cancel. Ask when the cancellation takes effect and whether any order is already in progress. Keep the confirmation for your records.
Review the terms for your monthly, 3-month, or 6-month plan. The longer plans are billed monthly, but monthly billing alone does not explain all cancellation terms. Ask about any remaining obligations before making a change.
Do not assume a cancellation request can reverse a pharmacy order that is already being prepared or shipped. Refund and order-change questions should be checked against the terms that apply to your purchase. The visit fee is non-refundable.
Canceling a medication plan may not cancel a separate Verra+ membership. Specify which services you want to end. Also, canceling future shipments does not give you medical instructions for your current supply. Ask your prescribing physician for advice before changing or stopping the medication you already have.
