Women’s health · FAQ
How are women’s health medications shipped?
Short answer
When prescribed and fulfilled for delivery, women’s health medications are shipped to you by the pharmacy. Medication is charged only after a physician approves. Check your order for shipping details and timing. Expedited shipping is $20, but it does not replace physician review or guarantee arrival by a specific date.
After a physician approves a prescription, the pharmacy must prepare and process the order before shipping. Many medications offered through Verra are prepared by a partner pharmacy and sent to the patient. Check your specific treatment and order details for fulfillment information.
Shipping time is separate from the time needed for physician review and pharmacy processing. Do not assume that selecting faster shipping shortens those steps. Expedited shipping is $20. Review the delivery estimate shown for your order rather than relying on a general promise of arrival.
Before completing an order, confirm your shipping address and any delivery instructions. Ask about address changes as soon as possible, since an order already being prepared or shipped may be harder to change. Check with support for the options that apply.
When your medication arrives, read its label and storage instructions. Contact the pharmacy about damaged packaging, a missing item, or concerns about the medicine’s condition. Do not use a product if you cannot confirm that it is safe to use.
