Hormones · FAQ
How are prescribed hormone medications shipped?
Short answer
After physician approval and pharmacy processing, prescribed hormone medication is shipped to the patient. Delivery timing depends on the prescription, pharmacy preparation, and carrier. Expedited shipping is $20. Check the order details for available shipping options, and follow the storage instructions supplied with your specific medication.
Hormone medication is shipped after a physician approves the prescription and the pharmacy completes its work. A visit submission is not a shipping confirmation. The time needed can vary with the medication, prescription details, pharmacy preparation, and delivery location. Review your order information for the available options and any delivery estimate.
Expedited shipping is $20. Faster shipping does not remove the time needed for medical review or pharmacy preparation. If you need medication by a certain date, confirm the timing before placing the order rather than assuming a delivery date is guaranteed.
Check your shipping address carefully. Ask support about address changes before an order enters preparation or ships, since changes may not be possible at every stage. Ask whether your order has any signature or delivery requirements.
When the package arrives, read its storage instructions. Contact the pharmacy if the medication looks damaged, has leaked, or may have been exposed to unsuitable temperatures. Do not guess whether a damaged product is safe to use.
