How are custom prescription skin creams and serums shipped?
Short answer
If a physician approves your skin prescription, a partner pharmacy can prepare and ship the medication to you. Review the delivery estimate and shipping options when ordering. Expedited shipping is $20, but it does not replace medical review or pharmacy preparation time. Medication is charged only after physician approval.
Shipping follows the medical review and pharmacy steps. A licensed physician in your state must first decide whether treatment is appropriate. If prescribed, your custom cream or serum is prepared by a licensed partner pharmacy for one patient. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Medication is charged only after a physician approves.
Review the delivery estimate, address, and available shipping options before placing the order. Expedited shipping is $20. A faster shipping option does not remove the time needed for medical review, prescription clarification, or pharmacy preparation. Do not assume an order will arrive on a specific day unless that date is confirmed.
When your package arrives, check the label, product name, and storage instructions. Contact the pharmacy or Verra support if the package is damaged, the contents do not match the label, or delivery conditions concern you. Ask for guidance before using a product that appears changed or damaged. For tracking, shipping charges, or address changes, confirm the current process with support.
