Hair · FAQ
How are approved hair medications shipped to me?
Short answer
After physician approval, your hair prescription can be prepared by the dispensing pharmacy and shipped to you. Shipping timing depends on pharmacy preparation and delivery. Expedited shipping is $20, but it does not replace medical review or pharmacy preparation. Check your order information for available options and delivery estimates.
Hair medication is shipped after a licensed physician approves the prescription and the pharmacy processes the order. Medication is charged only after approval. If your prescription is compounded, the pharmacy must prepare it before it can be sent.
Check the shipping options and delivery estimate shown for your order. Expedited shipping is $20. Faster shipping does not mean that medical review or pharmacy preparation can be skipped, and it should not be treated as a guaranteed arrival date.
Before submitting your order, confirm that your delivery address is correct. If you need to change it after ordering, contact Verra support promptly to ask what is still possible. Do not assume an order can be redirected once it has entered fulfillment.
When your medication arrives, check the label and any storage instructions from the pharmacy. Contact the dispensing pharmacy or Verra support about a damaged package, missing item, or delivery concern. Use the order information provided to you for shipment details rather than relying on a general shipping timeline.
