Sexual health · FAQ
Do I need a video visit for sexual health treatment, or can I use an online visit?
Short answer
You may be able to complete a sexual health visit online, but some states or medications require video. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate. An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. Online visits are included for members.
An online visit allows a physician to review the health information you submit without a live video conversation. A video visit includes a live discussion. Which option is available depends on your state, the medication, and the information needed to review your request.
Some states or medications require a video visit. Do not assume that every product on this page can be prescribed through an online-only visit. A licensed physician in your state decides whether treatment is appropriate, regardless of the visit format.
An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. The visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members. Member video visits cost $49.
Before starting, check which visit type applies to your request. If a video visit is needed after you begin, ask Verra to explain the next steps and any applicable fee before proceeding. Neither format guarantees a prescription, and medication is charged only after physician approval.
