Can I use insurance or HSA/FSA funds for Verra weight loss care?

Verra does not bill insurance. Plan for the visit and medication costs shown by Verra rather than assuming that your health plan will pay them. If you want to seek reimbursement on your own, ask your insurer whether it allows that and what documents it requires. Reimbursement is not guaranteed.

HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses. Your plan administrator can explain whether a particular weight loss expense qualifies and whether you need a prescription, receipt, or other documentation. Ask about each type of charge separately. A medication purchase, medical visit, membership, and shipping charge may not all receive the same treatment.

The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. The online visit fee is $99, and the video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is non-refundable but is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Medication is charged only after physician approval. Keep itemized records for any expenses you plan to submit to your insurer or account administrator.
