Sexual health · FAQ
Can I use insurance or an HSA/FSA for sexual health care at Verra?
Short answer
Verra does not bill insurance for sexual health care. HSA or FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but coverage rules vary by plan. Check with your plan administrator before paying. Do not assume every visit, medication, membership charge, or shipping expense qualifies for HSA or FSA use.
Verra does not bill insurance. You pay Verra's listed visit and medication charges rather than using an insurance copay through Verra. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page, and medication is charged only after a physician approves.
HSA or FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses. Your plan administrator can explain which sexual health visits and prescription costs qualify. Eligibility may differ for medication, membership, shipping, and other charges, so ask about each expense you plan to pay.
Keep receipts and any documents your plan requires. Ask Verra what payment records are available, and check with your administrator before you rely on reimbursement. Card acceptance alone does not establish that an expense meets your plan's rules.
An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. The visit fee is non-refundable but credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members. A prescription or payment receipt does not guarantee insurance reimbursement or HSA/FSA eligibility.
