Dental · FAQ
Can I use insurance or an HSA/FSA card for Verra dental treatment?
Short answer
Verra does not bill insurance for dental visits or medications. HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses, but eligibility depends on your plan and the specific charge. Check with your plan administrator before paying. Do not assume that every rinse, kit, membership fee, or shipping charge qualifies.
Verra does not bill insurance. Plan to pay Verra directly for your dental visit and any approved medication order. If you want to ask an insurer about possible reimbursement, contact the insurer first. Verra cannot guarantee that a visit, prescription, or kit will be covered or reimbursed.
HSA/FSA cards may be usable for eligible expenses. Your plan administrator can explain what qualifies and which records you need. A prescription medication, a visit, a membership fee, and a kit may be treated differently under your plan. Do not assume that a successful card payment alone proves that an expense is eligible.
Keep your receipts and ask whether you need an itemized record or other paperwork. The current medication price is shown on the treatment page. Visit fees are non-refundable but credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. If you use an HSA/FSA card, ask your administrator how any later credit should be recorded. Confirm eligibility before purchasing if access to those funds affects your decision.
