Can I complete my weight loss visit online, or do I need video?

Verra offers online and video visits for weight loss care. Some states or medications require a video visit. An online visit costs $99, and a video visit costs $149. A licensed physician in your state reviews the visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate; neither format guarantees a prescription.
An online visit lets you submit health information for physician review without a live video conversation. A video visit includes a live discussion. The available format depends on your state, the medication, and the requirements for your care. Some states or medications require video, even if you would prefer an online visit.
The online visit fee is $99. The video visit fee is $149. The visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward your first medication order within 30 days. Online visits are included for members of Verra+. The member video visit fee is $49. Medication is charged only after physician approval.
Both visit formats require accurate information. Have your current medication list and relevant health history ready. For a video visit, choose a place where you can discuss personal information without being overheard. Confirm which visit type applies before paying or scheduling. A licensed physician in your state makes the prescribing decision, regardless of the visit format.
