Are online visits included in Verra+?
Short answer
Yes. Online visits are included for Verra+ members. That benefit does not include medication or guarantee a prescription. A licensed physician in your state reviews your visit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Some states or medications require a video visit, which costs $49 for members.
Online visits are included with Verra+. This means the online visit is part of your membership benefit, rather than a separate online visit charge. Medication remains a separate purchase, and membership does not guarantee that a physician will prescribe it.
A licensed physician in your state reviews the information you submit and decides whether treatment is appropriate. Verra is available in all 50 states and DC, but some states or medications require a video visit. The member video visit price is $49; video visits are not listed as an included online visit benefit.
Without membership, the online visit fee is $99. That visit fee is non-refundable, but it is credited toward the first medication order within 30 days. Do not assume that an included member visit creates a separate medication credit. Before submitting a visit, check that your membership benefit applies. If a separate online visit charge appears unexpectedly, ask Verra to clarify it before paying.
